To earn the EnergyScout Verified seal, an installer must complete all of the following:
Verification requirements
Interview completed
An EnergyScout team member conducts a direct interview with the installer to understand their business, process, and approach to customer service. This is not an automated check — a real conversation happens before any installer earns this designation.
Reviews screened
We review customer feedback and look for evidence of consistent, quality service over time. Installers with unresolved complaints or patterns of poor service do not qualify.
Evidence of excellence provided
The installer submits photos of completed installations and other supporting materials that demonstrate the quality of their work in the field.
